Forest Mall is the Tokyo-based mall owner and developer. we are continually seeking centers that enhance our portfolio.

our brief criteria(for our acquisitions):

  • Major MSA Markets (especially in Portland, Seattle, Los Angeles, and San Diego)
  • Anchored by the dominant grocer (ex: Vons, Safeway and Ralphs) and the drugstore (CVS, Walgreen, and Rite Aid) in established markets.
  • Strong credit tenants with long-term lease.
  • Minimum of 75,000 sqf – around 100,000 sqf
  • Budget range is 30-40M
