Forest Mall is Tokyo-based mall owner and developer.
We are continually seeking centers that enhance our portfolio our brief criteria (for our acquisitions):
- Major MSA Markets (especially in Portland, Seattle, Los Angeles, and San Diego)
- Anchored by the dominant grocer (ex: Vons, Safeway and Ralphs) and the drugstore (CVS, Walgreen, and Rite Aid) in established markets.
- Strong credit tenants with long-term lease.
- Minimum of 75,000 sqf – around 100,000 sqf
- Budget range is 30-40M
